Dreams & Dream Work
Many times when you are looking for a counselor or psychotherapist you might have questions about how dreams are used in the therapy process.
Patti Bee, M.S., LPC, NCC has studied Shamanism & been a Shamanic Practitioner for 22 years. She has also done her own personal mythology studies and integrates them into the counseling process. She is also a Professionally Trained Psychic and in the tradition she studied the past 15 years, astral travel is the dreaming equivalent, and a skills she has learned to use.
Patti also incorporates the Active Dreaming principles of Robert Moss into her own dreamwork, and also uses it when clients want to bring dreams into their own work in session.
Dreams give us important messages and information. If you are someone who would like to do dream work in therapy, the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Model, that Patti has been trained in, is very effective at incorporating dreams. And, the "going within to focus" that we use in IFS, is very much a way to go back into a dream to "mine" the dream for more relevant information and content that can expand the transformation in psychotherapy.
Call Patti today to discuss further how dreams and dreamwork can be a part of your psychotherapy today.
